Booking and access
Customers must provide accurate vehicle and location information and safe access to the vehicle. Pricing may change when actual condition materially differs from the booking description, but additional work requires customer approval.
Weather
Mobile appointments may be delayed or rescheduled for unsafe or unsuitable weather. We will communicate options as early as reasonably possible.
Cancellations
Cancellation and deposit rules shown during checkout apply to the appointment.
